Four Beaverton students have been named among the Top 300 Junior Innovators in the 2025 Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge, a national STEM competition for middle schoolers. Honorees include students from Stoller Middle School, Westview High School, and BASE. They were selected from over 1,800 applicants for their outstanding science and engineering projects.

Sarbat Oregon’s Teeyan da Mela- Sisters in Celebration was a vibrant and successful event honoring Punjabi culture, bringing the community together through traditional dance, local vendors, and lively performances. The event’s success was made possible by the support of donors, volunteers, and the broader community.

Celebrate the vibrant spirit of Navratri Mela 2025 with Gujarati Samaj, Inc., featuring five unique events across five locations- from the high-energy Opening Celebration in Tigard to the star-studded Rangtaali with Aishwarya Majmudar in Portland, and the lively Disco Dandiya Night in Lake Oswego. The excitement continues with the Grand Celebration in Beaverton, culminating in the serene and spiritual Atham Na Garba, a free community gathering to close out the season.
