The Portland Premier League invites you to a vibrant day of community fun at the PPL and Carnival – Soft Games Event! Happening on August 3, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Hillsboro Stadium, this celebration is open to all ages and is completely free to attend. Whether you’re a kid, teen, or adult, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
